General terms and conditions
This is a translation of the Swedish original. If the versions differ, the Swedish version prevails.
These terms apply between you as a participant and Mindact Solutions AB, company registration number 559293-6545, Lagastigen 16, 331 30 Värnamo, approved for F-tax, which organises the network Kvinnor leder AI. By registering, you accept these terms.
What is included
Kvinnor leder AI consists of two parts that are registered for separately. The start day is a full day of training, 09.00 to 17.00, in the city you have chosen, with lunch and coffee breaks. The 2027 network comprises eight network meetings of two and a half hours in your city during 2027, once a month, plus one national meeting, a full day in June 2027 where the groups from all cities meet. The network is open to those who have attended the start day, subject to availability. We keep the groups small. If you miss a meeting, you will always have access to the educational material from it, although the conversations at the meeting cannot be recreated afterwards. The language of the start day and the meetings, Swedish or English, is chosen based on the participants' preferences in each city and announced before the start day.
Price and payment
The start day costs SEK 8,900 and the 2027 network costs SEK 22,900, both excluding VAT, and the prices are aimed at businesses. Including VAT, this comes to SEK 11,125 and SEK 28,625 respectively. If the same company registers more than one participant for the 2027 network, a ten per cent discount on the network is given from the second place onwards. The discount does not apply to the start day and cannot be combined with other discounts. An invoice is sent once your registration has been confirmed, with payment terms of fourteen days. The start day is invoiced in 2026 and the 2027 network is invoiced in January 2027. The fee is paid in advance, and for registrations made close to the start, the invoice falls due no later than the day before the start day. If you are registering through your employer, enter your employer's details in the registration.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to fourteen days before the start day, or up to fourteen days before the first network meeting, respectively. To cancel, email kvinnorleder@mindact.ai. If you have already paid, we will refund the full fee for a cancellation made in time. If the cancellation is made later than that, or after what you registered for has taken place, the full fee is payable.
You can always transfer your place to a colleague, just let us know in advance so that we have time to update the list of participants. Registration is made as a business and is not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
If a meeting is cancelled or moved
We may need to move or merge a meeting, for example in the event of illness or too few registrations in a city. In that case we will offer a new date, a place in another group or, if we cannot deliver what you have paid for, a refund for the part that did not take place. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have, such as travel or accommodation.
Material and rights
The material you receive during the year is for your own learning. You may use it in your work, but you may not resell it or distribute it as a training course of your own. You own what you yourself create during the meetings.
Liability
We run the network with care and expertise, but you are responsible for how you use what you learn. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that follow from mandatory law.

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Events beyond our control
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example disease outbreaks, decisions by public authorities, fire or disruption to public transport, we may move sessions without any obligation to pay compensation. We will always deliver what you have paid for as soon as possible, or refund the part that cannot be delivered.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms, for example as the format develops. Registrations already made are governed by the terms that applied at the time of registration. Material changes will be notified by email.
Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, it will be decided by the general courts, with Jönköping District Court as the court of first instance.
